A condensed program of 12 week option. If your ready to dive straight in, a lot can be achieved in 6 weeks, you just need to know exactly what your priorities are and the have the willingness to put the effort in and do the work that comes with it! No time for excuses with this one;) Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise and ability to overcome Stress are the number 1 factors to improving your Health, Metabolism, Muscle mass, and supercharging Immune system, as well as reversing the ageing process and preventing chronic disease in the future. Whether there is one area of single focus you would like to work on, or a combination of all. Whether your struggling with perimenopausal symptoms or really just looking to supercharge your health, fitness and wellbeing this 5 week framework is going to provide you with the tools and education you need to drop any habits that are holding you back, giving you the knowledge guidance and support to get you well on your way to the optimal version of you.

Cancellation Policy

Please be available to start at the time of your appointment. A maximum of 15 minutes will be allowed before the session is classed as a “No Show”. To reschedule any appointment free or paid please contact at your earliest opportunity All charged sessions must be paid for in advance. Cancellation/No Show charges: No ShowFull charge Rescheduled sessions must to be agreed over 24hrs in advance. Late cancellations will be deducted unless earlier notification agreed. Block bookings expire after 4 months of purchase date unless unexpected circumstances/holidays and agreed separately to extend in advance timeframe.
